Terms and Conditions

1. Independent Nature of Events

Princeton Group Shoot (PGS) events are private productions hosted by CCM Productions LLC. While held at Club Princeton, these are not swinger events or general club functions. Membership to Club Princeton is not required for attendance.

2. Registration, Payment, and Age

• Age Requirement: All attendees (models, photographers, and assistants) must be 21+ years of age and must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon entry.
• Approval: All attendees must register via the website and receive formal approval from Christopher Alexander prior to attendance.
• New Members: Club members who have never attended a PGS event must undergo an approval process before purchasing a ticket.
• Payment: Full payment must be made online in advance. Shooting slots are not reserved or scheduled until payment is confirmed.
• No Refunds: All ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations.
• Transfer Policy: If you cannot attend, you may arrange for a replacement. All changes to attendance or transfers of tickets must be submitted to and approved by CCM Productions LLC in writing.

3. Event Schedule and Access

• Load-in: Doors open at 10:00 AM for equipment and wardrobe setup.
• Session 1: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Session 2: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Cleanup: All photography must cease exactly at 10:00 PM. One hour (until 11:00 PM) is allotted for equipment pack-out and area restoration.

4. Professional Conduct, Etiquette, and Consent

• Consent & Touching: Explicit verbal consent is required for all poses. Photographers are strictly prohibited from touching a model (to adjust hair, limbs, or wardrobe) without first asking and receiving clear verbal permission.
• Boudoir/Nude Photography: While these styles are permitted, they must remain professional. Any form of illegal sexual activity, solicitation, or "pay-to-play" behavior is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and notification of authorities.
• Behind the Scenes (BTS): Recording video or taking BTS photos is strictly prohibited unless every person in the room/frame has given express consent.
• Guest Etiquette: "Shooting over the shoulder" or photographing a model you are not currently scheduled to work with is strictly forbidden.

5. Prohibited Substances

• Drug Policy: The possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Intoxication: Any attendee appearing to be under the influence of drugs or excessively intoxicated by alcohol will be removed immediately without a refund.

6. Facility Care and Liability

• Restoration: If you move furniture, props, or equipment, you must return them to their original position and state.
• Damages: If you break or damage any property, you must notify Christopher Alexander immediately. Failure to report damages will result in a permanent ban.
• Releases: While the event is TFP, it is the sole responsibility of the photographer and model to sign their own individual Model Release forms for image usage.
• Liability Waiver: Attendees assume all risks associated with the event, including but not limited to, personal injury, illness, or death. By entering the premises, you voluntarily release, waive, and discharge CCM Productions LLC, Club Princeton, and their respective owners/officers from any and all claims or liability arising from negligence or your participation in event activities.
• Conduct & Responsibility: Attendees are solely responsible for their own actions and safety. CCM Productions LLC and Club Princeton are not liable for injuries resulting from unauthorized use of equipment, reckless behavior, or failure to follow facility rules. You agree to indemnify the organizers against any legal fees or costs resulting from your own misconduct or damage to the property.
